Nanaimo RCMP are asking the public to be on the lookout for a violent offender.
Jayson Delorme, 41, is wanted for breaching his bail after recently being released from prison with specific conditions related to domestic violence.
Police allege Delorme breached a number of the conditions relating to his release order, and investigators believe he is travelling between Nanaimo, Port Alberni and the Duncan area.
“Delorme has a history of failing to attend court and should be considered violent,” Nanaimo RCMP said.
RCMP described Delorme as non-white, five-foot-nine and 200 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on his left wrist that reads Kayden,
and one on his back of a crown. He also has piercings in his left ear.
Police ask anyone with information on the whereabouts of Delorme to call the Nanaimo RCMP non-emergency line at 250-754-2345.
