The noon sailing of the B.C. Ferries vessel Coastal Renaissance was delayed leaving Swartz Bay on Monday due to a medical emergency.
Ambulance paramedics were called to assist the affected passenger.
The delay lasted 54 minutes, B.C. Ferries said.
