Clintin Michael Prescott is wanted on outstanding arrest warrants for breach of probation and vehicle theft.
He is also being pursued for allegedly uttering threats after a situation that unfolded Friday morning, according to Sidney/North Saanich police.
“Prescott has been outstanding for some time and we would like the public’s assistance in locating him, as he is known to be violent,” Cpl. Erin Fraser said in a statement.
Prescott is described as aboriginal, five-foot-five and approximately 170 pounds, police said. He lives on the Pauquachin First Nation, on the Saanich Peninsula.
Sidney/North Saanich RCMP advise anyone who sees Prescott to call 911.
