Adoptable pet of the week: Husky-lab mix Radar signals he needs a home

Adoptable pet of the week features animals at BC SPCA West Vancouver

Meet this sweet two-year-old husky-labrador mix Radar.

Radar is playful and loving boy who’s looking for his forever home.

He’s nervous of new people at first, but with a little patience and understanding, he warms up to those he trusts.

This handsome guy has a big love of the outdoors – rain or shine – so if you’re someone who enjoys walks, hikes or spending time outside, he could be your perfect companion.

Radar also has a fun little habit of digging, so a secure yard where he can safely explore would be ideal.

If you’re looking for a loyal, active dog who enjoys the great outdoors and is ready to form a bond with the right family, this adorable mix might be the perfect fit for you.

Radar even knows some tricks like paw, shake, sit and high five.

If Radar has caught your eye, fill out an application on the BC SPCA website or come into the West Van branch to meet him. Adoption hours are 12 to 3 p.m., Tuesday to Sunday.
