Squamish's Raquel (Rocky) Hardman was one of a handful of lucky people on the beach at Sp'akw'us Feather Park on Saturday, Sept. 21, when three orcas popped out of the water.
Two adults and one calf emerged very close to the beach before turning and heading South, Hardman said in an email.
Luckily, she had her camera with her and managed to snap some stunning pictures.
“I had chills,” she said. “It was pure magic.”
