Economic Development, Transportation, up coming burden on taxpayers ie regional sewage, regional transportation, and general increase due to inflation.
Why should people vote for you?
Over the past three years on council I have seen many residential developments which should have been commercial. Commercial development will help keep our taxes low and affordable.

View Royal is a vibrant and livable community
What are the most vexing things about your community?
We have very little commercial development which puts the tax burden on the residents, as well, we need to no longer be a bedroom community and identify ourselves as a growing community sustainable not only environmentally but economically as well.
