Danier Leather Inc. had a bigger fourth-quarter loss and reduced annual profit for the 2011-12 financial year after one of the warmest Canadian winters on record cut into its sales of outerwear. The Toronto based company had a $2.1-million loss or 45 cents per share in the 14 weeks ended June 30, which ended Danier's 2012 financial year. That was bigger than Danier's year earlier quarterly loss of $212,000 or four cents per share in fiscal 2011 with one less week of sales. The leather goods manufacturer and retailer had $27.5 million in revenue in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012 and $26.7 million in the year-earlier fourth quarter.
