Victoria-based digital news agency SendtoNews has appointed Sean Coutts as chief operating officer.
Coutts was most recently senior director of service delivery at CAI Canada, a global IT services firm.
He also served as the general manager of e-commerce at Walmart, chief operating officer at KIT Digital Inc. and group head of business operations at JumpTV.
