Actor Cuba Gooding Jr. has been
issued a court summons by New Orleans police after a Bourbon Street bartender said he had pushed her.
Police said the unidentified bartender told them Gooding became upset after customers asked him to pose for photos with them about 3 a.m. Tuesday.
A spokesman for Gooding said Wednesday that the actor met police and was "moving swiftly to resolve this misunderstanding."
