British Columbians age 65 and older are now eligible to register with the province’s online COVID-19 vaccine booking system.
The Get Vaccinated system launched province-wide Tuesday to support the largest immunization program in B.C.’s history.
Those now eligible to register include people 65 and older (born in 1956 or earlier), Indigenous people 18 and older (born in 2003 and earlier) and people who are clinically extremely vulnerable and who have received an invitation letter to get vaccinated.
British Columbians can register online, by phone or at a Service B.C. office, and will then be contacted to book a vaccine appointment when their age group is eligible.
Registration eligibility is based on age and people are asked to wait until their age group is invited to register.
