Comox Valley RCMP have released a surveillance photo of a man alleged to have left a liquor store Jan. 3 without paying for a bottle of tequila worth about $300.
They said the man is associated with a dark-coloured, two-door Honda Accord with its rear window covered in plastic. It was a described as a late-1990s or or early 2000s model.
