After months of investigation police are releasing surveillance pictures of a March 15 theft from a bank machine in Port Alberni.
Police said a person with a covered face withdrew a large amount of cash through undisclosed fraudulent means. It caused “significant financial distress” to the victim, they said.
The incident happened at 1:33 a.m. at the TD Canada Trust on 3rd Street.
