Firefighters battle structure fire in Port Alberni

Port Alberni fire crews were at the 2200 block of Anderson Avenue for a structure fire on Saturday evening. The fire department said it had reached a loss-stop, which means that property damage has been halted, on the structure.

Port Alberni fire crews were at the 2200 block of Anderson Avenue for a structure fire on Saturday evening.

The fire department said it had reached a loss-stop, which means that property damage has been halted, on the structure.

Traffic was blocked northbound on Anderson Avenue.
