The flooding that closed the Trans-Canada Highway north of Duncan today prevented Times Colonist delivery trucks serving the Cowichan Valley from getting through.
Delivery of today’s edition to addresses from Crofton to Mill Bay has been delayed. The newspapers will be delivered when possible.
