Dozens of big rigs lit up the night Saturday as part of the Island Equipment Owners Association’s annual Truck Parade and Food Drive.
Eighty trucks of various sizes took part. They started at Ogden Point in Victoria and ended at Royal Bay in Colwood, visiting Oak Bay, Saanich, View Royal and Langford along the way.
The event, now in its 24 year, raises funds and collects food to support the Mustard Seed Street Church, the Goldstream Food Bank and the Saanich Peninsula Lions Food Bank.
