Man, 70, wanted for not abiding by release conditions believed to be in Victoria

Victoria police are looking for man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for failing to abide by the conditions of his release after serving time in prison for second-degree murder, manslaughter and assault.

Hugh Garlow, 70, is believed to be in Victoria and is known to frequent the downtown core and the James Bay area.

He is described as five-foot-nine with a medium build, black hair, a medium complexion and brown eyes.

He has a noticeable bend in one of his legs and walks with a limp, and was last seen wearing a burgundy hat, a green jacket, a dark-blue T-shirt and navy blue pants.
