A man who was the subject of a Victoria police alert in September was arrested in Vancouver on Thursday.
A Canada-wide warrant was issued for 47-year-old Michael Lund after he failed to return to his community-based residential facility, or halfway house.
He is serving a provincial sentence for breaking-and-entering, possession of property obtained by crime, theft and mischief.
