Saanich police are appealing for witnesses to a collision involving two vehicles on the Patricia Bay Highway in late October.
The crash happened on Oct. 25, between 4:15 and 4:40 p.m., and involved a grey Volkswagen Rabbit and brown Jeep Cherokee both driving southbound on Highway 17 near the Old East Road turnoff.
Both vehicles drove away after the crash, said police.
Police say they are renewing their call for witnesses after receiving new information about the crash.
Anyone who witnessed the crash or had a dash cam operating at or near the location is asked to call 250-475-4321 and reference file No. 24-19972.
