Comox Valley RCMP are investigating a sexual-assault allegation stemming from an incident Saturday in Courtenay near a rope swing in the Maple Pool area of the Puntledge River.
Police are asking for anyone who was in the area or has dashcam video from 3 p. to 10 p.m. to come forward.
No further details can be released due to the sensitive nature of the case, police said.
