Montreal police would like to hear from any potential victims of Sulyvan Dignard, who was arrested May 9 in Victoria on allegations of human trafficking, CHEK news reports.
Dignard was the subject of a Canada-wide warrant when arrested. He is facing charges after appearing in court in Montreal Wednesday that include trafficking a person under the age of 18, procuring a person under the age of 18 and assault. Montreal investigators have said there could be victims in Montreal, Victoria and other Canadian locations, CHEK said.
Anyone with information should call local police.
