'Spun-out' semi stymies southbound Malahat traffic on Tuesday afternoon

The southbound lane has fully reopened, but DriveBC says to expect delays due to congestion.

A “spun-out” semi truck affected southbound traffic on the Malahat at Tunnel Hill on Tuesday afternoon, DriveBC reported.

DriveBC issued an advisory about 4:45 p.m.

After a period of single-lane alternating the site was fully reopened just before 5:30 p.m., West Shore RCMP said.

DriveBC warned of delays due to congestion.
