West Shore RCMP are looking for the owner of a large stamp collection that was recovered during a November investigation.
The collection, which contains several hundred high-value stamps, was among a number of stolen items that have since been returned to their owners.
To retrieve the collection, the owner have to identify the specifics of the stamps inside the booklets, said Cpl. Nancy Saggar.
