West Shore RCMP have released a surveillance photo of a suspect after a portable toilet was set alight at a construction site in Langford.
The fire caused significant damage to the side of the building under construction.
Police were called to the scene in the 3300-block of Luxton Road about 1:15 a.m. Nov. 12 by Langford Fire Rescue, which had already put the fire out.
The suspect is described as having light- to medium-coloured skin and was wearing dark clothing and a blue baseball cap. The person was last seen on camera about 12:45 a.m. walking away from the site down the Chidlow Connector.
