Nanaimo RCMP are trying to locate 39-year-old Jordan Dyer.
He has not had contact with his family, who lives outside the province, since February.
The family contacted police on May 27 and told them that Dyer has a transient lifestyle and could be involved in Nanaimo’s drug culture, and there is concern for his well-being.
Dyer is described as white, five-foot-11 and 200 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen by police in downtown Nanaimo on May 8.
