Victoria police have released surveillance photos in an effort to identify a hit-and-run suspect and a vehicle with significant front-end damage.
The driver suspected of involvement had left the scene at a temporary-housing facility on Douglas Street near Burnside Road East. Police were called about 1 p.m. April 29, and the hit-and-run is believed to have happened about 12:30 p.m.
The suspect is described as white and middle-aged and was wearing a dark, hooded sweater, jeans and a baseball cap.
He was driving a grey, four-door Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck with a chrome grill and bumper, chrome running boards and black wheel rims.
