Victoria police are asking for the public’s help in locating high-risk 16-year-old Lia Barker. She was last seen in downtown Victoria on Sept. 21 and police want to ensure that she is safe.
Lia is described as white, five-foot-eight and about 120 pounds with a slim build. She has shoulder-length red hair.
