RCMP have released a picture of a man found dead after a Dec. 25 fire at North Cowichan home.
The body of Frederick Allen Jones, 79, was found inside the Grieve Road dwelling. Police are asking the public for help in their investigation.
“Sometimes the smallest piece of information is the key investigators are looking for,” said Cpl. Jen Morgan, the lead investigator. “We hope someone will be able to provide this.”
Police were called to assist and took part in an investigation involving the North Cowichan Fire Department and the B.C. Coroners Service.
