Jackson Rothwell, Craig Doell and James Swan captured the three qualifying spots available through the U.S. Amateur Golf Championship qualifier held this week at Victoria Club.
Rothwell, from the host club, was 3-under over 36 holes to top the qualifying tournament. Doell, also of Victoria Club, and Swan, of Gorge Vale, tied for second at 1-under each to claim the final two spots into the 121st U.S. Amateur Championship to be held at Oakmont Country Club in Pennsylvania from Aug. 9 to 15.
