A touring production of the musical Mamma Mia! will play the Royal Theatre in December.
New Jersey-based Work Light Productions has announced Mamma Mia! will be in Victoria Dec. 14 to 16 for five performances.
Mamma Mia! is the eighth-longest running show in Broadway history and one of five musicals to have been staged for more than 10 years on Broadway. The musical features such ABBA songs as Dancing Queen, S.O.S. and Take a Chance on Me.
Showtimes are Wednesday, Dec. 14 at 8 p.m., Thursday 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. and Friday 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tickets ($85 and $95) are available at the McPherson box office (250-386-6121 or rmts.bc.ca).
