Nanaimo RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 21-year-old last seen on Wednesday in the area of the Port Place Shopping Centre.
Isaiah Matias-Charlie was reported missing Thursday, and police said he doesn’t have his cellphone, wallet or cash with him.
He is described as Indigenous, five-foot-five and 145 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
