Kaymunn Bhalla, 3, scampers through the water after the unveiling of the new fountain at Uptown Shopping Centre's Town Square in Saanich on Wednesday. The water feature was created by renowned First Nations artist Joe Wilson of Duncan and is the centrepiece of the $300-million commercial and office development. The brightly coloured fountain has lights and spouts and is part of a green oasis in the heart of Uptown.
