A water-main break closed the 800-block of Pandora Avenue on Friday.
The break, which occurred about 6 a.m. between Blanshard and Quadra streets, shut off water supply in the immediate area, the City of Victoria said.
Repairs were completed by noon, and water service has resumed.
Paving was expected to be finished on Friday, with both vehicle and bike lanes reopening, the city said. The sidewalk will remain closed temporarily.
